We're a family business, started by brothers James and Chris in Chichester. Born from a desire to increase the quality of student housing in the area. We live locally, so our tenants know we're close by should they need anything.

We rented our first student house in Chichester in 2010 so have gathered a lot of experience in not only what makes a nice student house but also how we can help our tenants have a great experience.

For most of our tenants it'll be the first time they're living away from parents or halls, we fully accept our position in helping tenants understand everything involved in renting and running a home.

We lovingly part furnish our houses, each bedroom has a combination of double bed (4ft or 4ft6) work space, storage space. 

We equip our Kitchens with all White Goods needed.

Finally we make sure each house is professionally cleaned before the start of each tenancy.
